Iron Mtn #1 Trip Report 9/20/08

Here is a trip report from the San Gabriel Mnts message board, which is the one that I think Tina went on. I was on Mt Baldy, but was not tempted to hike down more than 2000 feet to meet them.

thanks Cy, that was the hike I organized. We could have agreed to meet in the middle of the San Antonio Ridge if I would have known!

BTW I met you and Ellen just before start of the Baldy race in my blue socks. Nice meeting both of you!

Tina did very well on this hike. I think she thinks it's harder than Skyline!

This hike was like doing skyline from Flat Rock to the tram BUT seven miles of it and then going down it.......oye vey.
i have to say Joseph did an excellent job organizing and hosting this hike. the group was so enjoyable and high speed, loved the challenge. I look forward to hiking with this group again.
