what are windy point and desert angel?

You know how the skyline ridge is to the left of the tram station? I would like to follow the ridge that is to the right of it (one with telephone poles). Also im thinking about the ridges around snow creek as well.

Does anybody know if the canyons in this area have running water? if so, it would be like in an oasis.
