Trail mainteance?

Hi, just wondering if anyone is doing maintenance on the lower hiking-riding trails. There used to be some guys from a local riding club but I haven't seen them for a couple of years. Early last year a few boulders were moved onto the north Likken trail about a quarter mile south of the northenmost picnic benchs and they're still there. It wasn't from a natural rock fall but, they were moved by people. Hikers can and do just step around them but riders would be blocked there.

That section north of Skyline definitely gets less maintenance than other sections of the Lykken Trail. That's all I know. The South Lykken Trail has a place to tie up horses with picnic benches and a nice overlook of the lower waterfall in Tahquitz Canyon.
