Goat Trails

I'm going over the info I have gathered on Palm Springs trails. Can anybody tell me more about the Goat Trails? Would it make for some decent trail running. I was looking at this link.

Hi there,

The Goat Trails above Rimrock Center are great for trail running. I love running down from Murray Peak. My wife is faster but I carry more. The entire area above Rimrock is covered in runable trails. You can put together a massive series of routes that are of several different levels.

Up the Shannon Trail for killer quad work or along the fireroads for an even keel.
