"Most" would mean "very" as in "It was a most unusual day." That would indicate that the adjective describing the noun is intensified with no qualification intended. The grammar is correct, although this usage is somewhat less common nowadays.
or were you making a play on words:
"Mostly" would mean "in large part" as in "I have mostly good news." That indicates that while the majority of the news is positive, there is a bit of bad news to come. So, are you cleverly suggesting that the "addiction" is not entirely healthy?
