Thanks Hal, the comments below that piece sound like some of us on here, throw them fools under the bus, (or in this case onto of the hot coals!).!
25 folks got to leave their a/c and go rescues these yahoos.

At least they didn't get to fly off the Bump; maybe if more have to walk out, they'll have more time to contemplate their foolish & inconsiderate stunt.
Unfortunately, it makes it tougher, & more time consuming on the rescue crews, but I still think it might help.
If they get plucked away out of danger in 5 min. & sippin chai lattes a 1/2 hr. later whilst posting their EPIC journey on social media, there's not much of a lesson to sink in.

I say make them stock the rescue boxes on Skyline, (& we could put them all over if we have a steady supply of re-stocker / rescue offenders)!
