Tahquitz peak conditions

A friend and I are going to go up Tahquitz peak this weekend. Anyone know how much snow to expect, if any?

There was still ice starting at about the 7500 ft level on Devils Slide last weekend. I'm sure the north facing parts of the spur trail from the PCT to Tahquitz will require micro-spikes at a minimum (maybe an ice axe). Not sure about the South Ridge trail

Has anyone else gone up Tahquitz peak on the north or south ridge in the past few days? Any additional information would be great.
