I wonder why the camp site map doesn't include Tamerisk and Round Valley?

I keep a couple copies of the state map with me in the pack to show lost souls on the trail. I was actually looking for one that outlines the location of all the individual camp sites up there.

I have been building a little map with the geo coordinates for all the campsites that I run across up there. Its hard to tell how many I am missing since no one seems to have a map showing how many there are.

I think I know what map you're referring to. I remember seeing it when I was researching for a backpack I took in '06. I haven't found it, but if I do, I'll find a way to post it.

Within the Tamarisk Camping area that are a number of camping sites that are individually named. Such as Diorite, Quarts, Pegmatite, Feldspar, Pyrite and Malory. I'm trying to locate a map showing the individual camping sites located within each of the San Jacinto camping areas.

Its kind of nice to stumble across a campsite marker and sort of know where you are again. Its the damn bottle I'm telling you it causes a fog to settle in on my brain.
