As far as I know LRV is dry. Which way are you coming in from?

No, no water between the Long Valley Ranger Station and LRV. You'd have to carry everything with you.

The only other option would be to hike to LRV, drop any heavy gear, and then continue downhill on the Deer Springs Trail until you find water. You will find water at least at Bed Springs Crossing but you might find water at Lilly or Rock Springs. It's less than a mile to Bed Springs Crossing.

N Prong N Fork San Jacinto River: Just a trickle
Lower Bed Springs Crossing: Good flow
Deer Springs Crossing - Dry (at the crossing), barely a trickle down in the camp area
Upper Bed Springs Crossing: Good flow
Rock Spring: Just a trickle
Lilly Spring: Flowing slowly
LRV Crossing: Dry.
Owl's Hooch Crossing: Dry.
Middle Fork Stone Canyon: Dry.
North Fork Stone Canyon: Dry.
