Anyone know what that big white 12" diameter by 20' long PVC pipe is for along the trail to Tamarack Valley? And how did they get it there?

Shelly (Record Alley) reminded me they have been using these for outhouse vents.

That's the first thing I thought of. I could see that being used as a water divert also.
