South Ridge Trail conditions

I'm planning to hike the South Ridge trail via Wellman Divide to San Jacinto peak tomorrow.Does this route go thru areas that burned last year? Thanks.

Wait. How did you make a new post? I thought that part of the forum wasn't working right now.

You should be fine. South Ridge to Junction Saddle to Wellman Divide to San Jacinto Peak should all be open.

SouthRidge was opened last fall, we hiked it without any issue. Hiked through Saddle Junction up to the summit in January, Wellman Cienega route is also wide open.
