South Ridge Trail conditions

Hi all, I'm planning to hike the South Ridge trail via Wellman Divide to San Jacinto peak tomorrow.Does this route go thru areas that burned last year? I'm assuming it'll be as scenic a hike as others I've done on San Jacinto but wanted to double check. Thanks.
