It looks like Sat Oct 5 is the best day for everyone 8) That's only three weeks from tomorrow. Who's on and what do folks want to bring? :D

Oh, yeah, those! Yeah, those were good.

We had pasilla peppers, cheese, tomatoes, pepperoni, avocados, salsa, etc. Those turned out well.

I've been experimenting with Frittatas lately which are fluffier and more delicate. This one contains eight eggs and is about 4" deep.

Yippee! Arrangements have been made at work and I am now completely free to attend the Get-together. Hmmm... what to bring?

One thing to bring is stuff to mix into omelettes (or frittatas). Otherwise, the sky is the limit.
