Not good. It's nearing a propane facility. That could get ugly.

I'm worried because yesterday I dropped my son off at summer camp at Idyllwild Arts Academy. The people at the school assure me the fire is pretty far away and the wind is blowing in the opposite direction, but still, it's unnerving. Down here in the valley it looks like the apocalypse. If anyone on the board is up in Idy right now, we'd all appreciate your updates.

According to what I just read on the latest news update, the fire is now at a thousand acres and five percent contained. The smoke seems to have decreased a bit down here, however. But that may just be because the winds have shifted. Anyone in Idy able to report?
