Hi everyone,
I was planning on hiking Skyline on Saturday, but I was wondering how the air quality is on the trail and mountain as a result of the Banning fire that started yesterday. If anyone knows if the smoke is blowing towards Palm Springs and Mt San Jacinto or the other direction please let me know! Thanks!

The air quality is much better today in Palm Springs. Looking towards Banning there is almost no visible smoke, so the firefighters should have it about out by now and this weekend should be fine.
