I've been wanting to do this hike also. The car shuttle takes some planning.

snows clear in cedar springs now so its easy. well, so to speak. alot of fist size rocks on the trail. sturdy shoe helps.

not much to planning the car shuttle, just the worry that someone will have stolen your iced down beer at the car.
