Postby Catalyst81 » Sun Apr 07, 2013 9:59 pm

May not get to use them till next season but figured I'd post this for those that may need a new pair or have a friend who has held off...

The men's 25" in black and yellow are $107 and the mens 30" in yellow are $120.

Anybody get these yet? I placed an order on Monday and it hasn't' shipped yet. And Amazon is terrible as far as customer service goes so there's no one to call.

Hay guys,
What size do you recommend, (most of you know) I'm about 160 lbs. and like all kinds of terrain. I think Steve uses the 10" ones at his size!

Of course there's always the trade-off of floatation v maneuverability, weight etc. Since these accept "tails" maybe the 22" will suffice, has anyone used the tails, do they work well?

Most use will be in San Jac & San G, with their ever-changing conditions.
Thxs,

Scott, from an old school perspective, you want to pick your snowshoe for how you will be using it. Big shoes for big loads and on flat terrain, smaller shoes for light or no loads and for more rugged (steep) terrain.
Happy Trails!
