What flower is this?

Southern California and far-away places. Hiking, wildlife, cycling etc.

Camera: an old Olympus ("towering tops..." ;)

C700 Ultrazoom, great with manual modes and macro, but I had to learn how to use a hexadecimal editor to repair bricked Smart Media cards (engineering/marketing terminal illness).

I posted pics of bighorn sheep taken with this camera, too, a few years back. Let me dredge some up to my pic-host; three ewes i kept an eye on for three years.

Your hike in Canada sounds marvelous, and your photos capture that Canadian Rocky vibe.

kind regards,

Oh, I don't know. I'm really just a "go with the phloem" kind of guy myself.

Well, I do hope that a it's a chillharmonic symphony in tune with your wishes.

You should get rid of those old, crummy cards. Yes, you really should hold a ewes'd card sale...

P.S. Nice Orchidaceae. :)

The chillharmonic symphony performed in the orchestra pit at last year's Sakura Matsuri festival. Sweet!

Ryan D was guest performer with the opening act--Taiko.

I LOVE Taiko drums!

Your pix of the lovely ladies are great too, especially the ones with baby bumps
