Some scary lightning

General Palm Springs area.

There was indeed a fire, I heard that it was originally reported at the 5,000 foot level, well below the State Park Boundry, so it would not be unusual for the ranger to not know about it.

Hal Thanks for showing us the way down in the storm. It was pretty scary to follow the exposed trail and the drainage was well protected.
