If you mean the PCT from Snow Creek up: the trail is passable all the way to Fuller Ridge (7720'). Narrow and brushy track between 4000' and 6000' from what I understand, but not a problem.

from personal experience on satuday/sunday snow starts around 6000 or 7000 ft., is a little soft but still climbable.

You sound like you were doing the snowcreek climb in the chute....you just don't sound tired enough? Were you on the pct or wearing crampons and cussing ?

snow creek in July

Postby dhess » Tue Jun 19, 2012 11:43 am

I've got a couple of other climbers who want to attempt Snow Creek this July. We wanted to find someone who's climbed it in the summer to join us.

I drink that water. Don't poop in it.
