The left fork of North Creek is the Subway, if I am not mistaken. Not sure where that connects with this, but I assume you access this area from the West Rim Trail?

Yes, the Left Fork of North Creek contains the Subway. And yes, we accessed the Right Fork via the "Hammerhead Entry" which is near Potato Hollow, about 5 (trail) miles south of the West Rim trailhead just below Lava Point.

In the second picture included in the original post, you can see the Left Fork immediately right of the central peak (South Guardian Angel). The Subway is almost directly below SGA. Our route through the Right Fork isn't really visible in the photo but is on the other side of SGA.

As one would expect, the two forks do merge, beyond SGA in the photo above. Our route passed the merger just a short distance before we climbed out to the Kolob Reservoir Road.
