Deadly Day in Palm Springs 4/21/12

There was a mountain biker who died of heat south of the Araby Trail this afternoon and a hiker who broke their leg and required an airlift in Murray Canyon. Thankfully, we didn't have anything on the Skyline but this isn't a good start to the hot weather this year. Hopefully, it's not a harbinger of things to come.

Don't be to sure about Skyline, as of 2pm there were still 12 hikers coming up. Let's hope they've all made it safely up.
