Due to lack of responses, I shall venture a guess.
Crampons: I can't think of any sections of that trail that would require them unless no one has been there, and it is untracked Hey maybe some mountain lions preceded you. Unfortunately this is possible. Still, a dicey fall due to lack of crampons I believe is unlikely. Overkill, probably. Can you afford the extra weight? Lose 2.2 lbs between now and your hike and voila no change in weight. Personally on that trail I would leave them at home.
Microspikes: Weigh next to nothing, take them!! I have never used them at San J but sure came in handy on Whitney!! (along with crampons, I might add)
Snowshoes: this is a difficult call until you get there. I've never used them, don't have them. But I've grown to appreciate that they are essential in non-skiable terrain. I think you need to take them otherwise you will risk having to turn back due to incessant postholing. So annoying!
Have fun!! PS when are you going?
