So here's my water agency story. I was hiking into barrel springs a week or so ago on the PCT and there were No Trespassing signs way up in the tree's just messing up the place for about 1/2 mile in either direction they were everywere I got close to one and read Vista water agency it realy took away from the beauty of the trail the only pic I took was of the little sign that somone posted that read Public Domain it's in the 11 day in. 11 min's video. Another example of the proublem is not hiking but illustrates the power trip issue . My brother and I got up at 5am to go fishing a ouple of month's ago at Dimond lake hooked up the boat that had a inspection band hooked from the boat to the trailer from lake hemet that they inspected it when we last fished there that same week saying it was free of the mussels lake hemet said they are the owned by the same pep's as Diamond lake so no proublem ??? the boat got a tiny bit of water in it from sitting out the night before so we drag it all the way to Dimond lake from Idyllwild and they tell us we can't fish that they aren't honnoring hemet's tag's anymore with a god like like additude. We go bake to L hemet a complain as a result they start charging $3 every time for an inspection even if you have the their tag on and nothing else changed. It kinda backfired on us. We go to Bass Angler Mag they do a story on it but say there is nothing to be done becouse it's not the lake itself that's the proublem is with the water agency. That's just 2 examples there are more they even seem to have power over all agences. I could go on and on and I don't like it. POWER TRIPPER"S they are. We aren't done yet but need to proceed with caution. And as forest gump would say that's all I have to say about that.
