If you run an official race, do they subtract out your break time from your total time?.

Plus by being better fit, I have seen parts of this mountian(north face)that left me in awe.and lived to tell the tale. My first skyline time 7hrs30mins and almost 300 skylines later and 12yrs .my most recent skyline was also sat.I set a new PR 2hrs59mins56sec...2hrs2mins to flatrock .and I'm stil on cloud nine.So if you keep time or just enjoy the stoll which I stil do from time to time. ITS ALL GOOD. So PAtrickSupra keep posting times and trips. Because they are people a lot more obsessed with times .....but I'm not one LOL ....this my first post I was waiting til I broke 3hrs.
