Water at Laws or Caramba?

I will check with the rangers too, of course, but does anyone know if there is still water in the Laws/Caramba area? Next weekend we will be going up Devil's Slide to Laws and doing a loop back through Tahquitz Valley. Does Caramba have water year-round?
