C2C - Anyone going this Sunday or Monday?

My brother was supposed to be joining me, but he hurt his knee, so I'll probably be going alone. According to the weather report, it looks like Sunday will be the coolest, though I'd be willing to wait until Monday if there's anyone else going then instead.

I'm going to attempt a c2c on Sunday, starting at about 3 am. Could be interesting with gusts of 75 mph forecast for the summit!

Howdy folks,

We just moved into Mountaingate two weeks ago, which is just across the highway from Chino Canyon. Last night the wind tore down my fence on the side of my yard, and made my trashcan disappear. The wind is supposed to get worse this weekend. If you guys go, be safe, and godspeed to your efforts.

Yeah, the wind is concerning me. It supposed to be blowing in from NW, so I don't know if the mountain will act as a shield or not. Below 40° temps at the peak is going to suck, too.
