Second Annual Moonlight Skyline Hike

Sounds like everyone had a good time as expected..really wish I could of been there but I have been having problems with my 15 yo daughter and being a single dad, things are not what they once were as regards to freedom..sometimes I would rather walk down skyline in 110 degrees with bamboo shards underneath my toenails and a camelback full of urine than have to deal with the complexities of parenthood..

Hey, we can endure clouds of mosquitoes, food bag eating varmits, and blisters the size of the Sierras, but throw in a difiant child, and we go to hell trying to figure out what the right thing to do is. Homework? I don't need to do any stinking homework! Yikes, you have my sympathies. We could have compared notes during the hike. Hope to have that chance in the future.
