Second Annual Moonlight Skyline Hike

Howdy All

The first annual was Skunk's idea -- St. Florian provided us with light sticks which added to the fun

How does the weekend of May 14, 15 sound? The actual full moon is on Tuesday May 17.

Skunk -- don't get vaccianted right before the hike this time.

There will also be a full moon on Monday April 18. It's too short notice to arrange anything for this weekend. Also, I'd like the snow to be melted off the traverse.

Have fun - that's a great idea! I'll be in the Inyos doing a different steep desert hike that weekend. I think Cy and I are going to give Skyline a try on May 7th (that's if Cy can put up with me for the day).

I made the mistake of getting the combo vaccine last fall (swine flu and whatever else) and felt like poop on a stick for three days. No wonder you couldn't hike, ugh
