Hey Steve. No camping this weekend. Just shoveling snow. We got about about 20-24 inches of fresh snow last night and today. On top of the 15 inches we got here last weekend it will make a nice base on the south side of the mountain. Should be great conditions for snow shoeing for the next few weeks.
The bag is a summer bag, but I wore a down sweater and down pants to bed. I was pretty toasty except for my feet, but not so bad that I couldn't sleep. Anytime I had to stick my hand out of the bag though, brrr. Took a while to get my hands to warm up again.skunkboy wrote:Kathy and Jim... beautiful pictures. It was 34 this morning in Palm Springs at 05:30, and I'll bet it was a little colder where you were Jim. Hope your rig kept you comfy, toasty.
