Historically is there water available anywhere along the trails from Humber Park or Marion Campground to San Jacinto this late in the year?

There is water at Wellman's Cienega coming up from Humber Park. There is also water in the Dear Springs area and should still be water in Little Round Valley coming up from Marion Mtn trail.

Round Valley? Should be no problem. The pipe over by the old ranger station oughta do ya. Unless it freezes, but it probably won't.

I called the Ranger station in Idyllwild and was told there was no water to be had going up Deer Springs or in Little Round Valley. Is there water on the other routs like Devils Slide to Wellmans Cienega, which by looking at the map shows two streams that join to make Willow Creek? We will be going up mid Oct and dont want to hump more water then is needed to Round Valley where there is sure water.

Thanks for any help

The ranger station doesn't know what they're talking about.

Thank you both! It looks like Fuller Ridge wins out then if there is water to be had.
This is a great forum and I look forward to being a part of this site.
I'll post my trip when we are done.
