Running into Ellen on San Bernardino Peak

Well, you know you're a lucky man when you run into friends no matter where you go! After last weekend on Whitney running into Don and Danny, I come cruising up an xc route to San Bernardino Peak this morning, and I see brilliant blond hair...Hmmm! Sure enough, Ellen is ahead of me (as always) up there taking in the sunshine and munching on some potato chips! Sure was nice to have company up there - so we sat and solved all the world's problems in just about a half an hour.

I still wonder how she got such ultimately blond hair. I think she must be from Sweden. Hi Ellen!

Anyway, anyone else run into others all over California? Or have I just been lucky?

well, I sure haven't run into you for a little while. we went up the hill and over to Idylwild today. missed you buddy. sure was quite up there.
