C2C2C?? thoughts? anyone interested?

Hey, I might see you out there. I was planning on doing the Snow Creek PCT, but they're doing trail maintenance this weekend... I'll probably wait a week or two so I get to go on a clear trail where I can see the rattlers before I step on 'em.

I realize a lot of the 9 Peaks time is spent off trail, but I'll keep an eye out for you anyway.

San Gorgonio 9 Peaks on Saturday was a success, albeit very difficult!

October 9th should be a busy day on the trail unless it ends up being a hot day in Palm Springs.

Also....I just checked the full moon situation. Im getting conflicting dates on the full moon either being 10/22 OR 10/23 but the new moon is on 10/7, two days before C2C2C. So headlamps will be a must.

Hi SD. You've been good about the countdown - and it's getting close now. With this cool autumn weather already (although we have at least a few warm days forecast coming up) I'm thinking October is going to be perfect. Thanks for the updates.

No problem Z! It's been fun seeing the building anticipation.

It's a shame you dont live here buddy, we get to do C2C2C whenever we want.

What I really wanna do is that : lost guy - south to north traverse.
(but as a day trip)

Somebody needs to set that one up so we come in as a group and hopefully they think it's just mass stupidity and we dont get yelled at. I'm sure if Fern and I are caught sliding down Chino Canyon on our butts, we're gonna get in trouble from more than just the DWA.

any thoughts zip ? Get Tina to set it up ?
