Next Weekend's Weather - Staying Cool

Postby magikwalt » Mon Jun 04, 2007 7:01 am

Looks like the onshore flow is picking up and this coming weekend should start fairly cool for this time of year. I'm thinking that if this holds I'll be headed up again.

The weatherman says tomorrow's high is around 87º in Palm Springs. That calls for a day off work and getting some time in on the trail.

Sounds good to me! I'll be in the San Gorgonio Wilderness
myself. I'll wave over to you from the top of Grayback, probably
at or about 10:30am or 11:00am if all pans out well.
Plan on doing the same, ok?? ha,ha,ha,ha........

If the weather stays resonably cool and if I can get up early enough, I will be headed up Skyline this Saturday. If not, I will take the first tram up and hike down Skyline until I meet the Outdoorsclub coming up. (after hiking up the tram road first.)
