yeppers, the docs are a bunch of bs. its all the posts we made on paper...really? if i was trying to hide something i wouldn't post it in the first place. these people have a lot of time on their hands.

Just out of curiosity - is what they 'served' you an actual lawsuit (stamped by the clerk of the court and requiring you to appear in a Riverside County courtroom, etc) or is it a notice requiring appearance at an 'administrative hearing?' Look at the documents closely to determine which it is since there's a big difference between the two.

Got it. Hmm. Well, it is from the courts not from the DWA. I'm not sure why they're doing this since it will be very difficult to prove anything. I guess they're hoping that it'll get around that they've taken people to court. Of course that might backfire on them when they don't get anywhere in court.
