I'm going to buy a couple tickets online. Might not make it up to eat the actual pancakes but that's okay!

i just got word that I am the only one who has purchased pancake breakfast tickets via the web. how can that be??? we all know what great work RMRU does. and how dedicated these volunteers are.

when i was on the team, I used to gripe (silently) about how I had to pay for all of my equipment (easily exceeds $2500), plus donate hundreds of hours of time, and then on top of that devote even more time doing fundraising. [I know for a fact that 100% of every donation goes toward TEAM equipment, such as rope, medical gear, communication equipment, mapping software, etc. etc. etc. SAR is not cheap!]

please, show your appreciation. take a minute to go to the RMRU website - you can use the above link - click on the Pancake Breakfast, and buy a FRIGGIN ticket. you don't have to go - I'm not.

they don't rescue people for the kudos or thanks, BUT I know a flood of donations, no matter how small, would give them the warm fuzzies.

Thanks for the prodding. I just put a check in the mail today for a straight donation.
