Sorry guys, I changed my plans last minute and ran lower.

I called the Ranger station in Idyllwild and they said there was snow on the trail from Saddle junctinon thru Taquitz Valley and along the Willow Creek Trail. Looking up from Hemet, Taquitz peak looks absolutely snow free to me. It has a south west exposure, so I would expect it to be melted already. The South Ridge Trail from Idyllwild to Tahquitz peak should be in good shape.

Hiked the south ridge trail this weekend. Still snow on the north side of the Devils Slide trail other than that it was clear

No Problem, there did not appear to be much snow along the ridge to Red Tahquitz.
