Also of interest is PCT hikers getting rides around the San Bernardino and San Gabriel Mountains due to "too much snow"; Geez, isn't encountering a little snow part of the hiking experience?!?!?!?

Nails on trails. To fight engined transport. Sort of a sleeping backcountry policeman. I like it! Land owners tired of 4x4's in this day of diminished enforcement find ways to... mitigate.

Or does this belong on the marijuana post?
