Yeah, sometimes it's just too much to put it all down at once. Sixteen hours deserves at least two parts, don't you think?

She's such a precious gem. Sometime, when you people stop trying to kill yourselves with progressively more insane hikes/mountaineering, I'd love you to meet little Joyce. She is incredibly sweet. I can't remember what pics I've posted where, but at the risk of redundancy, here are a few photos:

Great TR Tina and great job on The Climb! I loved the text i recv'd from you Saturday... "I'm in pain all the way down to my hair but i'm so happy." :D  8)

Oh what a feeling!...

Jim, from the looks of it Hikin' Joyce liked the TR too!

In that last photo, Joyce is saying, "Oi vey, I can't believe they hiked 16 hours!"

Hikin' Joyce: coming soon to a trail near you. :)

I love that this thread about one of the longest snow climbs in the US is interspersed with baby pictures.

Thanks for a very detailed TR, Tina. Did the snow boarders and skiers you met climb SC or come from the tram ?

Howdy Tina :)

Pain sister, I am SO PROUD of you 8) Wonderful trip report. Norma told me of your success in the Mt. Whitney Hostel bathroom on Sunday -- how is that for timing

Howdy Jim :)

Hiking Joyce is just too cute -- you'll have to beat off the boys with an ice-axe. Great to see you posting again.

Miles of smiles,
Ellen
