High winds caused cables to cross and a safety stop was done.

Anyone know why it stopped?

High winds caused cables to cross and a safety stop was done.

Actually, the cables never crossed during the winds. It was just a sensor malfunction. We were closed only for a couple of hours while things were checked out. High winds and power outages also were a problem. The cars were stopped for less than an hour and then brought into docks. By one pm all was well and the wind died down.
