Postby SDathlete » Tue Jan 26, 2010 3:04 pm

Hi everyone....its been a while since I have been on here. Hope you are all doing well. I was just curious as to how much snow was received on San Jac from the recent week of storms? :?:

The total is anywhere from 4-6 feet, more is coming today/tonight.

Lot's of folks out in it on Sat and Sun, snow shoes were working great for most :D

Winter of 2004 to spring of 2005 had up to 12 feet in places, I have pictures of standing next to creek in Tahquitz Valley with snow at least double my size and I'm 6' tall. The sign way up the tree at the "saddle junction" was at or below my knees, it was crazy back then. :D
