Monument Mountain in the southern Joshua Tree Nat Park is a good hike. Also the hike to Carey's Castle a bit farther to the east from the aqueduct road is fun.

Okay, anyone up for the Mission Creek idea?

How about Snow Creek?

We've only got a few weeks of fall weather before the snow. Anyone up for next weekend? The week after? Come on, you're all conditioned athletes. You recover quick!

Dude, better watch out, those nice young men in their clean white coats are coming to take you away ha, ha after hearing about your Skyline 3-peat feat

This old blond mare she aint what she used to be. I'll need a couple of weeks to recover.

I'd love to hike Snow Creek -- does anyone know where we can find a rattlesnake whisperer?

Miles of smiles,
