C2C / SKYLINE MAPS

Postby » Wed Nov 04, 2009 1:55 pm

here's an adjustable map with my previous c2c trek from a year ago. this trek started at the museum and generally followed up the main use trail. please zoom in and print out in sections with a decent resolution. you can change to 'topo' mode and print out. also perhaps good to print out in satellite mode too

i also have my last trek with Steve which had a few shortcuts. I do NOT advise using this unless you are familiar with the route and area, but I'll provide it anyways

you can download the gpx / kml file for either one by clicking on the Everytrail link at the top.

I threw Florian's track onto a proper 24k topo map if anyone is interested. Here's a link: http://drop.io/skylinemap/asset/skyline-topo-pdf
I've never used that drop.io site before, so let me know if it doesn't work.

The kml that "Ze" linked to didn't work for me.

That's neat! Thanks for doing that. Looks good. Getting excited about being on the trail Saturday!
