You gotta love the replies on that article. I know several 70 year old hikers who would and do hike alone in the Sierras.
Praying the family can have some closure soon.

Update to the blog http://searchforwade.blogspot.com states the body was found about 1pm today. Sad loss for the family, no real details yet.
