Where are you hiking this weekend?

Howdy All :)

I'm going to do the South Fork loop with Lance on Saturday 8) We'll head up by Dollar Lake and come down by Dry Lake. We hope to be on the trail by 5 AM -- my Swedish genes don't like the heat.

Miles of smiles,
Ellen

Hi Ellen!

I might cross paths with you guys. I'm thinking of maybe going Forsee to San G and then back down the back side by the airplane crash (which always fascinates me) and out SF, then just running back on the road to Forsee. I might go in the opposite direction - either way, maybe we'll bump into each other and I'll finally get a chance to meet Lance. Have fun!

This 1/2 Swede is thinking of an early morning Murray Loop. I would like to watch the sunrise from the top, check my cache and then get out before I sizzle.

Jack Daniels seems to work for me for sore throats.

I'll probably do San Jac from the tram again on Sunday. 8:20 or 8:40am car.

Florian: I might see you on the tram tomorrow morning if I can get my butt out of bed early enough.

My body is in recovery mode and wants tons of sleep, so getting up in the morning has been difficult for the last couple of days.

I'm not recovering from anything in particular - I just put in extra miles this past week and I was hauling 30 pounds for part of the time. I don't carry weight on my back enough, so it's a big strain on my body when I do.

The early tram will be leaving without this lazy person today.
