all that means zip, is that one, or both of us are gonna be carrying recovery shakes up there.

Change of plans for today's hike. My friend's knee gave out so we scrapped plans to hike up. So i'm going to ride 8am tram and hike down to 6000' level to leave water cache then hike back up.

We saw about 20 people on their way up this morning. One group of youths didn't look to be very well prepared. Hope they do okay today. I may meet some of the faster hikers at the top later on.

Placed water cache at about 5700' level. Was funny bumping into the same hikers that i saw at the bottom of the trail a few hours earlier. Will post a new thread with cache details.
