Fuller Ridge

Does anyone know if forest service road 4S01 is open to the Fuller Ridge Trail Head? Thanks in advance for any info.

Last I heard it was closed. Check the San Bernardino National Forest webiste or call the ranger station.

Gate closed and locked 1.5 miles in. Long walk to trail head.
