Just wanted to say hello and thanks to all the contributers here. Been browsing the forum for a few months and thought I may as well join. Kind of new to hiking, caught the bug thanks to my 18 year old son, it's been a great thing for our family...committing to a once a month family hike. Our first being up to the Tahquitz Fire lookout and subsequent jaunts to Baden Powell, Cucomonga, Bridge to nowhere 2x, Mammoth Crest and a few others. Looking forward to participating here and more San Jacinto excursions in the future.
