You're better off using Google. Use the qualifier
site:http://mtsanjacinto.info/
before your search term.

For example, if you want to know about Round Valley, type the following in Google:
site:http://mtsanjacinto.info/ Round Valley

I've been getting these errors for a while myself. My two cents.... The old function of searching on the the site itself is far superior Google's results. being able to filter Author, Date, Forum and Category can be really helpful when snooping around

I must now send my humble giant thanks to Perry et al for having ANY sort of functioning site available and will gladly put up with the Google method if that's what it is.

Well, I think what's going on is (at the center of it) the same thing that nearly shut us down a few months ago -- our php code is as I understand it out of date. I think tekewin helped Perry get it up and running (we owe both of them a huge debt of thanks).

I'll bring this to Perry's attention.

Sorry it's still not functioning. I haven't completely forgotten about it. It's on my list of things to do, but I also didn't know if anybody cared about the search function that much. Fixing this will involve temporarily shutting down the forum twice. I'll work on it this next week. If I forget, please feel free to bug me about it.
