It's not a problem as long as you have a delicious cold beverage to wash it down with.

Hi Ellen,

yes indeed:

Thanks so much for the movie reference. Did a little research and found it is "Red Sun." I found a video of Toshiro Mifune tossing around Charles Bronson

I think you'll enjoy this well-crafted film and the cross-cultural elements. Good characters and tone.

sadly, with our dire fire situation, pi has captured a suitable image:

and zip, for another film connection with eating raw trout, see the Sidney Poitier/Tom Berenger movie (Kirstie Alley eats the trout)

Fun contextual quote with Sidney Poitier, FBI agent on a mountain pursuit led by guide Tom Berenger:

"(Sidney Poitier): [after he has dragged (Berenger) up a cliff with a rope] Do you mountain men do this kind of shit a lot?

(Tom Berenger): Every damn day! "

kind regards,

Howdy 'Noid :)

"Shoot to Kill" -- another classic flick! Thanks ever so much for your delightful movie diversions during this disaster.

Hiking up Ursa to Baldy today with my fellow stooges (Sister Sally and Miracle Marilyn) was also a nice distraction until we saw the plume of smoke over our beloved Greyback

Miles of smiles,
Ellen
